Atlantic Tower Motor Inn Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Atlantic Tower Motor Inn! We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our cancellation policy below:

Standard Cancellations:

  • Deposit Refundable: For reservations of 4 rooms or less, deposits are fully refundable if cancelled with more than 24 hours notice (by 2:00 pm the day before your arrival).
  • Deposit Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your arrival (by 2:00 pm the day before arrival) will forfeit the deposit.

Group Cancellations (5 rooms or more):

  • Deposit Refundable: For reservations of 5 rooms or more, deposits may be refunded with more than 24 hours notice (by 2:00 pm the day before arrival), at the discretion of management.
  • Cancellation Fees: In some cases, even with more than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of up to one night’s average room rate per room may be applied if the cancellation prevents the Inn from re-booking the rooms. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Package Cancellations:

Any deposit amount used towards package components will be refunded at the discretion of management.
