Checking In:
You can Check In with one of our Reception team in person from 2:00PM through to 7:30PM, or using our kiosk from 7:30PM onwards. When you check in, please present both your ID and your credit card for pre-authorisation. If you have an outstanding balance, this may be paid using cash or card before 7:30PM.
 
Arriving After 7:30PM?
Checking In using our Kiosk is seamless and takes as little as two minutes, but please ensure you have first filled in your details per above in our Self Service Portal using your PIN {{booking.self_service_pin}}
If you have an outstanding balance, this must be paid by credit card only as the kiosk has no cash facilities.
You may use either your mobile phone number or your reference number provided to you by the online travel agent which you booked through.

Our car park is located on the side of our building with its entrance at the traffic lights. You can collect your permit upon check-in at reception or via the kiosk.

Our Open Hours are 9:00AM to 7:30PM daily

 

Check In starts from 2:00PM, but we do our best to accommodate earlier arrival requests.

Checking In using our Kiosk is seamless and takes as little as two minutes. If you have provided an email address, we will have emailed you everything you need for a seemless check in. We will also SMS the provided mobile number with the essential information you need to sail through the process.

If you have an outstanding balance, please note this must be paid by credit card only as the kiosk has no cash facilities.
