On check-in you will be required to fill out and sign a Guest Registration Form.
You will be asked to provide a current driver’s license, proof of age card or passport for identification. The name on this identification must match the name on the booking. The receptionist may take a photocopy of this identification at his/her discretion.
You will also be required to pay for any outstanding accommodation plus provide a credit/debit card for security or pay $100 bond per room. If using a credit/debit card, a pre-authorisation will be done on this card for $100 per room to cover incidentals. Your card must have available funds to cover this pre-authorisation.
If a third party credit card is being used to pay for your booking, a credit card authorisation must be completed by the cardholder prior to check-in or you will be required to pay for the accommodation. You will still be required to provide a credit/debit card for security (as above) or pay $100 bond per room unless the third party cardholder has elected to cover all charges during your stay.
The Atlantic Tower Motor Inn shall have the right not to honour reservations or refunds if a guest fails to meet these check-in requirements.
