With locations in Goodwood, Bowden and of course in Glenelg, Nutrition Republic is a favourite amongst health foodies.

Nutrition Republic is committed to helping people become 'healthier, happier and more conscious so they can live life to the fullest'. Their entire menu is free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar, using only the most natural ingredients sourced locally. The majority of the ingredients are also certified organic and chemical-free. 

They offer a HUGE, exotic range of options for coffee, tea, and smoothies. For coffee, you can choose from chaga coffee, an 'adaptogenic' latte, or a 'blue majik' latte. Teas include wild and hand-crafted herbs from jasmine flowers, red rose petals, yellow dock root and uva ursi leaf. Finally, you can choose from subcategories of smoothies, from coconut water elixirs, protein, or health tonics. Whatever your health needs, they have it all.

For food, again they have an extensive range from smaller 'bites' to earth bowls, toast, or you can create your own bowl! To create your own bowl, you can choose to have a simple but nutrient-dense salad, or stack it up with a savoury slice such as a veggie frittata or a quinoa/vegetable/egg slice with cashew cheese! Go all the way with add-ons like avo mash, sauerkraut or kimchi and chilli cashews.

Prior to easing restrictions, Nutrition Republic also launched a 'Nourish at Home' package that allows you to order hard-to-find pantry items like coconut milk and other DF milks; organic coffee beans, coconut sugar, raw protein, GF bread, etc; as well as a range of their pre-made food such as salads, raw cakes and pudding. To finish it off, you can also order 30g-100g tea bags and tonics for your enjoyment from the comfort of your home. Plus, it gets better - they can also deliver these heavenly goods straight to your door for a small fee up to 10km from the CBD!
