Meet the Team: NICOLE

Hi everyone, my name is Nicole Catabran.

I have been working at the motel for 2.5 years now - I started in my first year of university. I am studying a combined degree of Laws and Legal Practice and Finance. Despite never taking a single course on marketing and communications, I have learned so much on the job and I now oversee the business's email marketing, social media and website. I am really passionate about efficiency and process optimisation, and this is something I practice in my job every day. I admire our uniqueness in not only being a round building, having rich history and a great location but also our internal processes and management.

Outside of work, I am a legal intern as well as work from home doing paralegal and legal tech work. I love cooking and travelling, and I dearly miss my friends back in the Philippines as I have not been able to visit due to the pandemic. I have a kelpie I rescued from the RSPCA and he is everything to me.

I don't answer the phones much but feel free to say hello if you see me around the motel!
