We hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas and New Year's.
Our reception office is still closed to ensure we are keeping contact between staff and guests to an absolute minimum, and handling concerns over the phone as much as possible.
Our receptionists are on-site from 9:30am-6pm daily; though you may always not see them, they are working hard behind the scenes (i.e. behind the closed shutter doors) to ensure we continue to provide fantastic customer service while staying physically distant. Furthermore, our in-house number is open 24/7, with staff only being a short drive away to provide prompt on-site assistance outside of business hours where required.
On the other hand, while daily servicing is temporarily paused for the above reasons, we do conduct services for long-stay guests (6+ nights). Extra amenities and linen are happily provided upon request any time receptionists are on-site - simply call our in-house number (provided in reception, in the lift and in rooms).
Apart from the above measures in place, we are sanitising check-in equipment, door handles on the ground floor, lift buttons and the check-out box daily, while keys are sanitised upon return before handing to the next guests. Our housekeepers are following rigorous and strict cleaning procedures when checking out rooms, and as much as possible in services.
We apologise for any inconvenience any of these new measures may cause, but we hope you understand that we are doing this as the health and safety of our guests and staff are our utmost highest priority.
