In response to the latest Omicron outbreaks in Australia and with virtually unrestricted interstate and international travel, we will continue to keep our safety measures in place to ensure you have the safest stay possible. Here at the Atlantic Tower Motor Inn, the health, safety and security of our guests and staff continue to be our number one priority.
Reception Office Closure
Our reception office will remain closed to minimise the physical contact between staff and guests as much as possible. Staff will still be onsite between 9:30am-6:00pm daily, and though you may not always see them, they are only a phone call away on 8294 1011.
For assistance outside of these times please contact our in-house number provided at reception, in the lifts and in rooms. This number is available 24/7 and provides you with prompt on-site assistance if needed.
Checking in will be done via our touch-screen kiosk just outside our main entrance. Guests will receive an SMS text message around 2pm on the day of their arrival (or earlier if the room is available) with instructions on how to check in. When done successfully, the kiosk will dispense one room key along with a parking permit.
Daily services are available to longer staying guests (3+ nights), however, extra amenities and linen can always be provided upon request by contacting reception during business hours.
Masks are required to be worn by all guests and staff whilst on site and multiple hand sanitiser dispensers are located around the hotel. If you are in need of a mask, please contact reception.
Our housekeepers are following strict cleaning procedures ensuring the highest level of cleaning and sanitisation to each room. All check-in equipment, door handles, lifts and check-out equipment are sanitised regularly and all room keys are always thoroughly sanitised upon return before being given to the next guest. Please take advantage of our touch-free sanitisers available on the ground floor.
We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation in Australia and will ensure that we are doing everything possible to keep our guests safe and provide updates if anything changes.
The exterior of the ground floor has recently been rendered and is yet to be painted, as will the rest of the building. Stay tuned!
